A new study by scientists at Vanderbilt University in the USA, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, has revealed that soy-based foods could boost breast cancer survival rates. Analyzing data from over 5,000 women in China, the researchers found that women with the highest intake of foods such as tofu, soy milk and whole soy beans had almost a third less risk of death during the four-year study period as well as a 32% lower risk of the cancer recurring.

Many thanks, all researchers involved for further revealing the benefits of soy. May women everywhere adopt such healthier plant-based fare for optimal health and vitality.
