De acordo com um estudo sueco, publicado em Stroke: Journal of the American Heart Association, as mulheres que consomem grandes quantidades de alimentos ricos em antioxidantes como frutas, hortaliças e grãos integrais, reduzem significativamente o risco de derrame.
