A probe by UK-based Sky News reveals that billions of computer attacks by cyber hackers primarily in China have already created significant security risks as they breach government systems such as the US Pentagon, with industrial trade secrets also being stolen from top global companies at costs that in 2010 climbed to £27 billion in the UK alone.
