For the filling:
  • A bag of around 12 ounces
  • of vegetarian ground beef
  • 2 cups of eggplant cube
  • Half a cup of celery (fine in minced)
  • Half a cup of carrots (fine in minced)
  • 4 tablespoon of oil
  • A tablespoon of Maggi seasoning
  • A teaspoon of salt,
  • ½ a teaspoon of pepper

For the topping:
  • 2 ½ pounds of potatoes
  • (peeled and cubed)
  • A cup of soya milk (unsweetened)
  • 4 tablespoon of soya butter
  • 2 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ a teaspoon of pepper
