INGREDIENTS:
  • olive oil spray
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup pea
  • 1 tsp minced fresh thyms+dill+parsley (or 1/2 tsp dried, crushed)
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/12.3-ounce package silken tofu, drained of water 1/4 cup plain soymilk
  • 1 tsp cornstarch or potato starch
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vegetable seasoning
  • Some corriander leaves
