PREPARATION:
Soup:
- Peel potatoes and carrots, cut into small pieces then wash in salt water
- Wash lentils, then drain water out.
- Put potatoes, carrots, and lentils into a water pot, cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- After the soup is done, put it in the blender, blend well.
Stuffed Vegetables
- First, add some oil and the rice to a pot; cook the rice with medium heat
- Add the boiled water equal to double the amount of rice. Cover it on a medium heat and add some salt until It’s cooked.
- Onion chopped into small pieces
- Green bell peppers, discard top part and remove seed.
- Tomatoes cut to small pieces, blend well.
- Heat olive oil, put onion and garlic in. After 5 minutes, add in 2 tomatoes which have been blended well.
- Add the cinnamon, cardamom, and dried coriander. Cook it for a little bit till it thicken
- Stir well the mixture with brown rice to make filling.
- Stuff fillings into green bell pepers.
- Heat oil, then fry bell peppers in there to golden.
- Mix well 1 blended tomato, some tomato sauce salsa, some salt, some cinnamon powder, some pepper, and some gingers together.
- Sprinkle this mixture onto the bell peppers, cover with lid, cook for a few minutes until done.
