Preparation:
- Heat up oil in a pan. 
 - Add ground Odika in, stir fry in high heat. 
 - Add fresh tomatoes and stir fry for a little bit. Add salt to taste. 
 - Stir fry till it smells nice. 
 - Add in garlic and onion, and stir fry for a little bit. 
 - Add mushroom, aubergine, some seasoning cube, mix well for a few minutes. 
 - Add 1/3 bowl of water. 
 - Can add some chili if you like. 
 - Mix well, cover with lid, simmer for 10 minutes. 
 
Decoration:
* Add Odika stew into a plate. Sprinkle some chopped coriander on top.
* Can use with green or riped bananas, cassava , sweet potatoes, tofu, rice, or bread.
