INGREDIENTS:
Golden Veggie Patties:
- 1 kilograms vegan soft ham
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2½ cups bread crumbs
Buckwheat Porridge (Kasha):
- 2 cups buckwheat
- 3 cups water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Vegan margarine
Salad:
- 2 tomatoes
- Radishes
- Green onion
- Cucumber
- Dill
- Various greens
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons oil
Golden Veggie Patties:
1. Mix Vegan soft ham, vegan bread crums, pre-cut onion, black pepper, baking powder, salt and squeezed garlic.
2. Add half cup of water and mix together until the mixture is supple andsoft .
3.Put frying panon medium heat.
4. Add around 100g oil.
5.While the pan is being heated, make patty shape.
6. Take 2TBS each timeof the dough and make intoalmond shape.
7. Roll the pieces in bread crums.
8.Put them in the frying pan and fry with the lid covered.
9. Leave them about 2-3minuntil they getready.
Buckwheat Porridge (Kasha):
1.Put buckwheat and salt into water and let them boil for about 5 mins.
2. Add 3 TBS Vegan margarine and mix well.
3. Cover and leave for 10-15 min.
Salad:
1.Cut the vegetables into edible sizes.
2.Add the salt and oil. Any vegetable oil is fine.
