  • Kombu (edible kelp), yukari (dried shiso leaves, umeboshi, salt), takana (Japanese pickle), hijiki (sea vegetable), umeboshi (pickled dried plums), vegan meat, vegan tuna, and etc.
  • Roasted sesame (mix a little into the rice)
  • Salt (mix a little into the rice)
