2 teaspoons ground ginger
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
100 grans vegan butter
1 cup treacle (or ½ cup molasses + ½ cup golden syrup)
Icing
4 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons vegan butter
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Hot water to mix
