 3 kg sugar cane 1 liter waterSpring Onion Candy Roll: spring onion candy spring roll wrapper peanut powder sesame powder cilantro
     
 
Directions  (to make spring onion candy):Directions  (to make spring onion candy roll):Take       3 kg of cane sugar and boil it with 1 liter of water about 10 minutesAfter       it's cooked, then take it outside to cool Put       it on the water then spin it about 5 minutes (the reason we spin it, is so       there’s more surface area and it will cool faster)So       slowly it will begin to congealAfter       it’s cooled, then we start to stretch itIt’s       changing. The color starts to       change to amber colorStretch       it until become whiter and whiterRepeatedly       pulling for about 10 minutesCut       the sugar candies become stripsSprinkle       peanut powder on topReady       to serve
 Take       a sheet of spring roll wrapperPut       spring onion candy on itPut       one spoon of peanut candyPut       half a spoon of sesame powderSprinkle       a little bit of cilantroWrap       it up (roll it)Cut       it on the middleReady       to serve
