俄國禁止獵捕北極熊

自57年禁止獵捕北極熊，俄羅斯總理普丁（Vladimir Putin）於官方網站聲明，儘管楚科奇自治區（Chukotka region）州長和美國協議1年可捕殺29隻北極熊，但俄國決定全面禁止獵捕北極熊。
