聯合國環境規劃署（United Nations Environment Program, UNEP）頒贈2011年地球衛士獎（Earth prize）給墨西哥總統卡德隆（Felipe Calderon），表揚他在國內外解決氣候變遷（climate change）問題領導的模範。
