According to the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), the current official swine flu death toll of 6,592 is a complete underestimate because of the wide variance in healthcare access and testing facilities among different countries.
The ECDC had long ago stopped tallying a total number of swine flu illnesses for the same reason. Furthermore, the agency’s officials announced that as many as 40,000 people in Europe alone could die from the swine flu by this winter season, with an additional 40,000 fatalities from subsequent seasonal flu waves.
Meanwhile, the number of lu-infected Ukrainians has exploded nearly overnight, reaching 1.3 million people within weeks.
Global health officials are evaluating this outbreak to see if the virus is a new, more virulent swine flu strain, or some other form of flu. Meanwhile, deaths in the Ukraine have climbed to 213 with nearly 53,000 people hospitalized. We extend our prayers to all countries and individuals struggling with swine flu and other illnesses that have been dangerously aggravated by the activities of meat production.
May everyone quickly adopt the curative and humane plant-based diet to boost immunity while helping to prevent further tragic health consequences.
