In a visit hosted by Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico, USA, North Korean United Nations delegates Kim Myong-gil and Paek Jong-hoin expressed their country’s interest in dialogue with the United States.

Governor Richardson, who himself has traveled several times to North Korea, said that the two-day visit
was spent discussing diplomatic affairs as well as sustainable energy options, a subject of interest to New Mexico.

Many thanks Your Excellencies Governor Richardson and North Korean diplomats for this friendly exchange of goodwill. May Heaven grace both nations with peace and cordial relations.
