Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Housing Minister Ariel Atias reached an agreement to stop issuing new tenders in Palestine’s West Bank until at least early 2010.
 
The decision was greeted by US President Barack Obama as a move in the direction of Middle East peace.
