Vegan Waldorf Salad with Soya Tofu Dressing

WALDORF SALADLettuce Coriander Carrot Cucumber Golden Delicious apple Roasted walnuts Soya sprouts SOYA TOFU DRESSING Silky tofu Soy sauce Lemon juice or vinegar ½ tsp of sugar
- Wash all the vegetables in salty water and soak it for 3-5 minutes to take out all the bad residues as well as the dirt.
- Cut the carrot into small thin shreds.
- Chop the apple into thin pieces.
- Wash the soya sprouts and set it aside.
- Mash the silky tofu with fork and then put about a quarter of a lemon. If it is too sour, add a little bit of water or more soya sauce.
- Add in half a teaspoon of sugar. Mix until the sugar dissolves.
- Toast the walnut for about20 minutes at 150 degrees or just put it on a roast pan and roast both sides of the walnut.
- Put the vegetables a big bowl and mix it well.
- Chop some coriander and add in if any and mix it too.
- Put in the carrot and put the cucumber on top.
- Put the apple on top of it or around it.
- Put the roasted walnut on top.
- Pour the soya tofu sauce on top.
- Ready to be served.
