In scriptures,
the human body
is often referred to
as the temple of God.
Yet, it is quite
an uncommon privilege
for any soul to
attain this sacred abode
that houses the Divine,
as it is truly a blessing
to be reborn
as a human being.
On several occasions,
Supreme Master Ching Hai
has spoken about the rarity
of this phenomenon:
To be reincarnated in
the human world is hard.
You have to have
enough Human Quality.
You have to have
affinity with the parents
and with the society,
with the people around
which you are born.
Very difficult.
To be a human,
you need some merit.
You have done
something good
in the past
in order to be able
to pick a human birth.
As a living temple of God,
the human body
is fully equipped
with miraculous wonders
that can be awakened
in those who
are spiritually conscious
and have complete faith
in the Creator of all life.
Inedia,
Latin for “fasting,”
is the human ability
to live without food.
Since time immemorial,
there have always been
individuals who
can sustain themselves
on prana,
or the vital life force.
Through the grace of
the Providence, inediates,
people who follow
a food-free lifestyle,
can draw the energy
from nature
to nourish themselves:
They live on the chi
from the ground,
or from the forest,
and from the sun
and from the air.
They make use
of all that.
Or they live on love,
on faith alone.
These individuals are
known as breatharians (pranarians or inediates),
solarians, or waterians,
and they come from
all walks of life, from
different cultures, and
all corners of the world.
Indeed, the possibilities
and miracles in this life
as our benevolent Creator
has designed for us
are endless;
we only need to connect
within to recognize
our abounding largess
as God’s children.
Supreme Master Ching Hai
has lovingly
recommended
a weekly series on
Supreme Master Television
to introduce
those individuals
of the past and present
who have chosen to
live food-free on Earth.
May their spiritual stories
enthrall you;
may hearts be opened,
and horizons be expanded.
We now invite you
to join us for part 1 of our
4-part program entitled,
“Reine-Claire Lussier:
Prana for a Busy Lifestyle,”
on Between Master
and Disciples.
On our planet Earth,
there exist individuals
who choose to do away
with physical food
and rely on prana,
or the cosmic energy,
for their nourishment.
Today we travel
to Canada to meet
a very busy pranarian
with an active lifestyle.
My name is Reine-Claire
and I am the director
of the School
of Life Consciousness,
a place that was created
to accommodate those
who want
to make a profound
transformation process,
people who are aware of
what is happening
on the planet and
who want to participate
in the awakening
of humanity.
Sixty-three-year-old
Reine-Claire has lived
as a pranarian
for the past 10 years.
However,
it wasn’t a lifestyle choice
that she thought
she would have chosen
when she was younger.
In fact,
nothing in her background
had prepared her
for a life without food.
I have a very ordinary life
with a very ordinary
family in an ordinary city.
Nothing special,
a great big family,
a most ordinary
and normal education,
nothing could
have prepared me for
what I am living today.
I never planned
nor desired for anything
that is happening today
in my life.
I just kept following
the thread of the inward
development of my soul.
This was the result.
So I studied normally,
I was a teacher,
so I finished my courses
at the university.
I taught children,
I taught adults – I taught
from kindergarten
to university.
Then I left the
institutional environment
because at that time
I didn’t know
the word “matrix.”
But I felt it inside –
I was living it –
so I left that world.
Reine-Claire hadn’t intended
to become a pranarian,
but by listening to
her inner Self
and inner guides,
she was slowly led down
the food-free path.
Her first step
in this direction began
with the elimination
of all animal products
from her diet.
I always followed
what I felt inside me.
I had a very traditional
education within a religion,
but I left.
I left everything,
quietly, gradually, simply
by following
the inner calling;
my soul was pushing.
So, obviously
I changed my diet;
it’s been a long time
since I started,
at the age of thirty,
to change my diet,
which was basically
pure carnivore.
Moreover, life has
presented me with events
which pushed me to
make necessary changes.
So I started
to become vegetarian,
then raw food,
then I decreased a lot,
decreased the amount
I was eating because
when we eat raw food,
when we eat living foods,
we don't need to eat much.
It had already been
several years
that I ate very, very little
and lived alone.
I thought
I had mastered my body
because I needed very little
and I was satisfied
with very little.
Moreover, it was easy
for me to refuse anything
that people offered me.
I really thought
I had achieved mastery
of my body.
I was well, but
when I met my partner
who entered my life,
I realized then that I had
not mastered my body
because just a simple,
very human and
emotional impact made me
change my menu and
eat more than necessary,
and I could simply
no longer continue to
respect what I was doing.
And then I saw that I had
not mastered my body.
It was an illusion; it was
just easier to live alone.
If I did not eat certain things,
I just didn’t buy them,
but when they were
in my house
I could not not eat them.
So that really shocked me
to finally see that I had
not mastered my body.
Then I simply got angry.
I got really angry and
it made me realize that
I needed to do something
to regain control.
As I was already
in contact with
my Light Guides
for several years,
I just asked for help
from my Light Guides;
I asked them
what I could do.
I had already known
for a long time about prana,
to add prana in my life,
to add prana as food.
It happened slowly.
But then when I got angry,
I stopped eating altogether
for a day or two.
I didn’t know what to do
but I knew something
had to happen in my life,
so I asked the Guides
to advise me,
and they suggested
that I try to transform
my biological mechanism
to a pranic mechanism.
And since I trusted
these Guides, because
they had been guiding me
for years on all levels,
I played the game.
But it was not a decision
because I didn’t know…
because I didn’t know…
I thought I would do that
for a certain period,
for some time.
Of course, every day I saw
what was happening
within my body:
I saw how good I felt, and
the vision it brought me;
the intensification
of all the faculties
that I already had;
the heart that opened,
and I saw
my biology changing
and I simply thought
it was interesting.
But I never made a
decision, a final decision;
I just lived from day to day.
Then I applied a sentence
that I wrote
in one of our books,
and the Guides told us,
"Do not be pranic beings
but living beings
who find their way
step by step, at every step."
So that's what I did.
I never took a final decision.
That's why
I experienced freedom,
truly experienced freedom
with that diet.
Because it’s a choice
every day and then
there's no one forcing me,
there is no one
to tell me what to do.
It is I who decides
each day of my wellbeing,
and I can guide people
around me because
I am starting from
my own experience,
not from principle
or knowledge.
So that's basically
how I got to eating prana
for a decade now.
Reine-Claire explains
what can potentially
occur during
the transitioning process
from consuming food
to living on prana, wherein
most of the obstacles
are manifested
at the mind level.
It’s really about unraveling
mechanisms enshrined
in the human body
for millennia.
Then there is a
twisting/wrenching action
that sets in the matter
and it's hard to describe
because it is something
that lives inside the cells,
and it's different
for each person,
so I could never
accurately describe
what takes place.
But physically for the body,
it is not so difficult.
There comes a time when
it may take a few days,
maybe a week, I can say,
of weakness when the mind
tries to convince
the physical body
that what it is doing is
not right, “It's dangerous
and it will lose energy,
and then it might even die.”
But this lasts a few days.
However,
the “torture” I would say
is more at the emotional
and mental level
of the whole game –
that these bodies
do everything they can
to keep us
within the old structures,
in the old mode
of operation.
Every time someone
manages to change
the biological mechanics
into pranic mechanics,
it affects all of humanity.
At the atomic level
it affects all of humanity
because we are all
connected to each other
in energy.
So, one person
makes a change and
all of humanity feels it.
That's why
even I, consciously,
there was no human person
who advised me or
encouraged me to do this
but I know that I received
in my cells signals
of many humans who
have done it before me or
at the same time as me,
and that's it.
Reine-Claire believes
that the pranarian lifestyle
is more than just ceasing
the consumption
of physical food;
it’s a journey of
personal transformation
that one chooses
to undertake.
Prana is the vital energy.
It is in everything;
there is nothing alive that
does not contain prana.
But one thing is certain
is that neither God
nor angel will come and
put prana in our body.
It must be the human being
who decides,
who chooses.
It is a voluntary process;
it’s a process of
awakening or profound
personal choice.
Unless you have received
a special grace – certain
humans have received it
to become examples
for others –
but in the normal case
of a person
who has eaten for
20 years, 30 or 40 years,
there is no angel
who will come and pour
prana into the mouth
or through the nose.
It really is
a personal journey,
a very personal choice,
to transform the body; and
it’s a total transformation.
Because it touches
on the survival codes
of the physical body,
so the body rebels,
and most people stop
at that stage.
What were some of
the symptoms that
Reine-Claire experienced
when she switched
to living on prana
ten years ago?

On our planet Earth,
there exist individuals
who choose to do away
with physical food
and rely on prana,
or the cosmic energy,
for their nourishment.
Today we continue
our visit to Canada
to talk with
Reine-Claire Lussier,
a pranarian
with an active lifestyle.
Reine-Claire is
the director of the School
of Life Consciousness,
a specialized and unique
institution which guides
adults, parents,
and children of all ages
to live a healthy
raw vegan lifestyle,
as well as provide
introductory courses
on pranic nourishment
and meditation.
The fact
that it’s been thirty years
that I’ve lived here,
I have some difficulties
believing that
we could still eat meat
on planet Earth.
When I go to the city,
I still have some smells
I know.
I see it, but I feel like
coming close to hell
every time that I realize
that there are still some
humans who eat meat,
who accept
the massacre of animals,
who accept that others
slaughter animals
so that they could
have meat on their plate.
It’s an enormous suffering.
It has been ten years
that Reine-Claire
lives on prana.
Similar to many other
food-free individuals –
such as Jericho Sunfire,
Master Liao Fong-Sheng,
and Isabelle Hercelin –
Reine-Claire made
the gradual change
from eating meat
to vegetarianism
to raw veganism
while on her journey
to achieve mastery
over her body.
Her final destination:
pranic nourishment.
The most important thing
you need to know
to really engage yourself
in a pranic process
is not so much
the formal steps – “we
must first be a vegetarian,
and then a raw vegan,”
etc., etc. –
it’s the consciousness.
For me, in my process,
it happened like that:
I became a vegetarian
and then raw vegan,
and then I ate very little,
but I do not think
this is always essential
because there are people
who have done it
by accident.
I had previously read
a story about a castaway
who was a carnivore before
being made a castaway,
and then instead of dying
he consciously
was able to breathe prana
and then consciously
nourish himself with it.
Maybe he had already
heard of this before.
But this is not
essential provided that
consciousness is there,
or an event in life
brings us to it.
I did it like that.
Certainly the act
of being vegetarian
then raw vegan
helped take
our consciousness there.
There are some individuals
who live solely on prana
and have no need for water,
such as Akahi and Camila,
the pranarians
from Ecuador.
However, for Reine-Claire,
water is an essential part
of her food-free lifestyle.
There are
examples of humans
who are coming out
into the media,
people who do not eat,
who do not drink.
Breatharians are people
who do not eat or drink.
It is a fact;
it exists on planet Earth.
But I received
another education from
my Light Guides, who
strongly encouraged me
not to dispense with water,
to not stop drinking
because
water is too precious
to the human body.
So throughout
my own process, water
has been super important.
Everyone knows
that our body is made up
of a large quantity of water.
Not everyone agrees
on the number – it varies
between 75 and 90% –
but if we take an average,
80-85% of our body
is made of water.
That means
that every time I take
a sip of water consciously,
I influence 80-85%
of my body.
It really is too precious
to give it up.
If I do not want
to just have the achievement of being able to
not eat physical food,
but if I really want to
experience it more deeply
and truly transform
the human machine,
the human animal or
human vehicle, if I really
want to transform it
into a sacred temple
and to be aware of it,
well I better work
on cellular transmutation
as quickly as possible.
Water, every time
I take a conscious sip,
I influence 85% of my body,
it’s truly incredible.
So for me, I would
never encourage anyone
to give up water,
but we must learn
to choose our water –
to transform it, to purify it,
to remove
the negative memories
and then to structure it,
and then to program it
in order to also transform it.
So I encourage people
who want
to take this journey
to stop feeding
on material food
and replace it with prana.
It can be dangerous too if
people are not well guided.
I was guided directly by
my Light Guides but you
should not do this alone.
You must have help to do it.
Similar to a number of
food-free individuals,
Reine-Claire
had also experienced
some of the symptoms
that occurred during
the transitioning process,
from eating physical food
to becoming food-free.
Throughout the process
you experienced moments
when you became weaker
because the instinct
to survive kicked in.
Yes, but it did not last long;
it lasted a few hours,
a few days.
Yes, I have lived through
weakness and cold too.
It was summer
and I was walking with
a big woolen sweater,
pants, socks,
and semi-gloves.
It is certain that
the whole metabolism
changes, so it has
an influence on the body.
Then the weakness…
But all that is the mind.
It's the moment when
the mind calms itself
and understands,
"Do whatever you want,
say what you want,
I won’t change my mind.”
Once the mind
has understood this,
it can no longer play
its “games,” as they say.
The cells will obey the one
who shouts the loudest.
So at the beginning when
we are unawakened,
it is the mind
that shouts the loudest;
it is the king and master
of our “vehicle.”
From the moment
when you yourself
begin to identify with
our Light being,
the mind no longer has
what it takes
to shout as loud anymore.
Does what we feel
after having eaten prana
also help to convince
the mind as well?
Yes, we must experience
ecstatic moments
to have the taste.
For me, who has had
both experiences:
completely on prana
and then eating food, too,
it becomes
so clear in the body
that it seeks freedom,
the lightness.
Thus, conviction
comes from experience.
It’s not an idea,
it’s not a theory
it’s not a religion,
not a law, not a taboo,
it’s not, “I vowed not to eat.
I cannot eat!”
It is the opposite.
I have chosen
and then I can experience
other things and then
I return to my choices
all the time,
every time, every time.
How were you able to fight
your survival instincts,
how did you divert them?
It is by looking
the monster in the eye
that we can overcome
our survival instincts.
That's why I say,
"We must first
have started a process
of transforming ourselves
before embarking
on the pranic process."
You cannot really start
a pranic process without
changing your life first
then it would be better
to start changing your life
a little bit before
to make it easier.
So then we begin
a pranic process,
we are in total euphoria
in the early weeks
because we feel good,
then when
the survival instincts kick in
and manifest themselves,
“Oh no, it does not work!”
So, to master
the survival instincts,
we have
to work very hard.
In our book
"Transparency I,”
we talk a lot about our
process of purification
in our lives and as couples
with open, conscious communication
and transparency.
So we were
in a process of
profound transformation,
and food
has become a tool.
Even I fell into
the trap of achieving.
At first,
I was really saying,
“Yes, yes, I succeeded.
It’s extraordinary,
it’s wonderful.”
And then one day,
I even asked my Guides,
“Well, now my life
has become ordinary
and I have become used
to living on prana
and now what?
What do I do now
to become better?”
Well, they definitely
cut down my pride
because they told me,
“You have
understood nothing.
It was not a goal;
it was just a tool.
You use this tool,
it could be a tool
for the rest of your life;
but it’s just a tool.
Cellular transmutation
and transformation
of the sacred temple
have nothing to do
with food."
That means that today
I can make the choice
to eat – of course
to eat healthy,
eating live foods
and all this – then
I will not lose everything
that I transformed in me
via the pranic process,
if I do not fall into
the trap of eating
unconsciously again.
To make the transitioning
process easier,
Reine-Claire recommends
that preparations should
be made to accustom
the body and the mind
to a food-free lifestyle.
So in your book,
the Guides showed you
the way to do this
is by taking
a bite of physical food
and then a bite of prana.
When the Guides told me
to take a bite of
material food and then
a bite of prana, I had
absolutely no intention
of living on prana.
I was still eating food and
I was even in a period
where I lost a little bit
of control because
I was living as a couple
and the school here
was starting to get busy.
I was making a lot of food.
I was traveling a lot,
a lot to spread gaiayoga,
and it is always harder
to eat in other countries,
so I ate much,
much more than
I did in all the 10 years
that I had lived on my own.
So it was like a passage
that the Guides taught me
in order to
prepare myself gently.
They knew
where I was going,
but I did not know.
And so we must do
the same with everyone,
we begin to “eat” prana
we start to include it
in our lives
before we talk about
removing material food.
And in this way,
everyone, no matter who
– even people who cannot
afford to lose weight –
must first learn
to integrate the prana,
to feed on it until
it “fattens” them up.
When we realize
that without changing
our physical food,
that by “breathing” prana,
we gain a bit of weight,
only then
can we be confident that
the pranic mechanism is
in the process of
becoming alive again
and that we could quietly
reduce physical food
through the assurance
that the pranic support
is already there.

As a living temple of God,
the human body
is fully equipped
with miraculous wonders
that can be awakened
in those who
are spiritually conscious
and have complete faith
in the Creator of all life.
Inedia,
Latin for “fasting,”
is the human ability
to live without food.
Since time immemorial,
there have always been
individuals who
can sustain themselves
on prana,
or the vital life force.
Through the grace of
the Providence, inediates,
people who follow
a food-free lifestyle,
can draw the energy
from nature
to nourish themselves:
They live on the chi
from the ground,
or from the forest,
and from the sun
and from the air.
They make use
of all that.
Or they live on love,
on faith alone.
These individuals are
known as breatharians(pranarians or inediates),
solarians, or waterians,
and they come from
all walks of life, from
different cultures, and
all corners of the world.
Indeed, the possibilities
and miracles in this life
as our benevolent Creator
has designed for us
are endless;
we only need to connect
within to recognize
our abounding largess
as God’s children.
Supreme Master Ching Hai
has lovingly
recommended
a weekly series on
Supreme Master Television
to introduce
those individuals
of the past and present
who have chosen to
live food-free on Earth.
May their spiritual stories
enthrall you;
may hearts be opened,
and horizons be expanded.
We now invite you to
join us for part 4 of our
4-part program entitled,
“Reine-Claire Lussier:
Prana for a Busy Lifestyle,”
on Between Master
and Disciples.
On our planet Earth,
there exist individuals
who choose to do away
with physical food
and rely on prana,
or the cosmic energy,
for their nourishment.
Today we continue
our visit to Canada
to talk with
Reine-Claire Lussier,
a pranarian
with an active lifestyle.
Reine-Claire is
the director of the School
of Conscious Life,
a specialized and unique
institution which guides
adults, parents,
and children of all ages
to live a healthy
raw vegan lifestyle,
as well as
introductory courses
in pranic nourishment
and meditation.
For the people
who are starting,
would you advise them
to not eat
when we feel hungry?
Yes.
The steps to achieve that
slowly
is to never eat
when we are hungry,
and to teach our cells,
to train them,
so that they remember
to feed on prana
and they deprogram
this false code that
we have to feed ourselves
on material food.
So by exercising this,
to never eat
when we are hungry,
it is like saying
“never eat when
in a state of …”
so in that way
we calm our body
with prana.
We feed on prana
when the body is calm,
then from there we can
allow it some pleasure.
Gently getting used to
eating less and eating
with this new concept of
“eating for pleasure
and by habit” and not for
really feeding ourselves,
and that these enzymes
could find material food
elsewhere.
So that is one step.
And then,
before even “to not eat
when we are hungry,
we have to stop eating to
no longer have hunger,”
because the brain
sends a signal that
takes about 20 minutes
before reaching us,
meaning that we always
eat 20 minutes too early.
It is incredible
the amount that
we put into our bodies,
so then,
after we are heavy,
we become tired.
It’s the usual process that
everyone knows about
and of which
everyone complains,
“Oh, I ate too much!
I ate too much of this!
Oh, I can’t digest!”
Everyone complains
but everyone continues
all the same anyway.
Humans are really asleep.
Our brain is really
anesthetized because of
all the poisons.
In fact, those poisons
in food are there more
to anesthetize
the human brain,
to prevent us from
making better decisions,
than to really
poison the cells
so that we become ill
and then die.
Therefore, it is “better”
to anesthetize the brain;
that way we no longer
have the means
to make decisions.
So that’s what they are
doing with toothpaste
and the poisons
they put in foods.
So that's it.
So stop eating,
stay with the hunger
for a little while
and fill up with prana,
and then add prana
as you breathe, and then
a bite of material food.
And then,
never eat when hungry,
and then when
you’re really hungry,
brush your teeth,
drink water,
and do things like that.
Those are all the tricks,
and each of us has to find
our personal tricks too.
That is my personal trick,
but it’s effective.
According to
Reine-Claire, generally
we human beings
are not in tune
with our body, and thus,
we tend to misread
our body’s signals.
The false signals of hunger,
which is the vibration
of the solar plexus –
“solar plexus” because
it is above the stomach –
so there is confusion
between the vibration
of the solar plexus
and the hunger.
So the burning that is felt,
we were taught
that it was the stomach,
but it’s a confusion
because, by way of eating,
we crush the vibration
of the solar plexus.
And then
when digestion is finished,
the solar plexus
starts to vibrate again,
but we think
we are hungry
and we start eating again,
we never manage
to truly make contact
with our bodies.
There are so many
misleading signals,
they are described
in our books.
It's worth it
to go through our books,
“The New World”
or also the book on prana.
Because it is a gold mine,
the entire path is there
step by step,
hour by hour.
It’s not like giving a recipe
to people, and saying,
"Do this, like this,
like that, like this."
It was hour by hour
that I was accompanied
by the Guides
with messages about
what was really happening
at each moment.
And the same thing
with my spouse,
when Mario Gaal did
his three-week process,
the lessons were
so valuable and precious
that they are for everyone.
We must
take advantage of it.
And you invite people
to come to your school?
Yes.
We do stages of initiation
into prana to help people
to understand clearly,
and to not let them be
in a spiritual bubble,
and to not be alone either,
but to feel supported.
It is possible
to be accompanied
via long distance
and they at least know
that if there is something,
they can refer to it.
They can open a book
at anytime.
There are answers
to everything,
almost everything
concerning this process.
There are also
experiences during
the pranic process
when we lose muscle
mass, could you
speak about that?
Well, the muscle mass
disappears
when the pranic process
is done too quickly.
But it must also
be long enough.
But that is
when we did not
have the information.
I'm sure I would not have
lost all my muscle mass
if I had known this,
but I did not know.
So today,
the fact of knowing all this
allows me to advise
and caution people
to be careful.
Then the water
that I mentioned earlier,
it helps a lot.
By drinking a lot of water,
it keeps our muscles
in good health;
and we must stay active.
Can children also
live a healthy lifestyle
just on prana alone?
Reine-Claire
firmly believes so.
In fact, at her School
of Conscious Life,
Reine-Claire
and her husband guide
adults as well as children
through the process
of living on prana.
The new infants
who come to this planet,
there are many who are
ready to live on prana.
It’s the parents
who are not ready.
There are many infants
who refuse to drink from
the mother’s breasts, and
the mothers become mad
with fear, with anxiety,
due to the lack
of information; and they
force the babies to drink.
If they cannot force them
to their breasts,
they will force them
with the bottles.
There are many babies
who come with
this new code
awakened in their bodies.
Because
when a soul descends
into a physical body,
it constructs
its own physical body.
The question
of heredity and genetics,
it’s a very small percentage.
The soul
will construct its body.
First, it will choose the
parents, the combination
of two parents, who
will fit its life program,
its incarnation program.
But then, when the soul
is ready to reincarnate,
what it does is that
it will awaken the codes
that it will need.
Because all the codes
are there – a human being
and everything
is in all the cells.
There has been no change
in the formulas
since millennia.
All the possibilities
are there, they are dormant
for many reasons.
So, the soul that arrives
will awaken in the matter
that it will live,
in its future body,
it will awaken the codes
that it will need
to realize its life plan.
So the new babies
that come, “blink,”
“I turn on the pranic code
because I have the intention
of living on this,” but
the parents stop them.
And since they are
in a “vehicle”
that they cannot master
at the beginning,
well it’s a shame
but it’s the parents
who are not ready to
welcome the new babies
- not only at the pranic
level, at all levels.
So the babies are ready,
and many babies,
at first, refuse to eat meat.
It’s obvious, so obvious.
And they refuse
to eat a lot, refuse
to eat all the time, and
it’s always the parents
who deviate them
from their path
because they are worried.
They have bad information
and they continue
to go see doctors
while they continue to
receive bad information.
But this is a shame because
it’s a new generation.
It’s a new humanity
that comes well encoded
and “poof!”
we undo these programs
But the parents
who give birth
to these new babies,
they feel it.
The new babies truly
will not choose the parents
who are not able to
have access
to the new information.
So it’s the responsibility
of these parents,
who give birth
to the new babies,
to inform themselves,
to educate themselves,
to go to school to learn
how we welcome
the new babies.
And yet, what is happening
with all the literature
on the Indigo babies,
the Crystal babies,
the psychic babies
and all that – it’s a pity
but most parents
fall into the ego trap.
They are so proud of
having a special child
that they do not even think
that they need
to go to school,
to educate themselves,
to learn in order to be
able to teach these children.
Because, even if they are
the new babies, they are
very evolved souls;
they enter a human matter,
and the human matter
is physical, emotional
and mental.
And the ego,
it’s not about physical,
it’s built from
the assembly of these three.
So, there is no “baby”
even if he is a new baby,
and that
he’s a future master.
There is no baby
who is sheltered from
developing an ego,
and a monstrous ego.
Yet the parents
fall into this trap,
making their babies
into exceptional children,
instead of showing them
the path of the heart.
We slow down,
we delay the new world
because of this.
So that is the responsibility
of the parents;
and it’s because of that
that we have a “School
of Conscious Life.”
And we welcome
the parents
with their children, and
we welcome the children
without their parents;
and we welcome them
and then we teach them
the best we can
with what we know now.
There are some
that will follow and
will do better than us.
But for the moment,
this is what we do:
educate the parents
so they are able to
accept their children,
and then to bring them
to the path of heart.
This is the responsibility
that the children have.
As for the rest, well,
if the parents
are not even vegetarian,
how could you want them
to help their children
to eat living foods and then
to become pranic?
As the interview
with Reine-Claire
came to a close,
she shared with our
Supreme Master
Television’s correspondent
her perspective
of human life.
I have the same mission
as every human being
on Earth.
For me,
the mission of a human
is to embody the divine
in our physical being,
to transform
our human vehicle
into a conscious vehicle
so that the divine
consciousness or
the consciousness of love
and cosmic consciousness
– whatever name
we give it –
can manifest itself through
our conscious vehicle.
Thus, I do not have
a different mission
from anyone else, except
that I have probably
understood and accepted it
more than many humans
who are still asleep.
But when they wake up,
they will understand
that they have
the same mission as me.
So I do it
through my profession,
which is teaching.
I started teaching
and perhaps if
I had been an artist today,
it would have been
through my art that I would
impart this mission.
But since I was a teacher,
I shall continue to teach.

The 21-day process
is basically a cycle that
the human being can stop
eating and stop drinking
for 21 days,
and that is designed
to get the body
into a new type of cycle.
It usually takes 3 weeks
for the taste buds
in the body, for instance,
to change because
cooked foods, meats
and stuff like that,
are very addictive.
