The dangerous chemical bisphenol A (BPA), which is linked to reproductive abnormalities as well as increased risk of breast cancer, prostate cancer, diabetes and heart disease, is being banned in China for the manufacture, import and sale of baby bottles, in an effort to protect the health of infants.
