INGREDIENTS: Seasoned Soy Protein (for the Filling):
- 80 grams soy protein
- 20 grams chopped onions
- 20 grams tomatoes
- 80 grams water
- 2 grams vinegar
- 5 grams sugar
- 10 grams salt
- 90 grams olive oil
Filling:
- 100 grams heart of palm
- 250 grams chopped onions
- 185 grams
- seasoned soy protein
- 35 grams chopped tomato
- 120 grams chopped olives
- 100 grams sliced zucchini
- 5 grams salt
- Oregano
Dough:
- 630 grams wheat flour
- 320 grams water
- 4 grams yeast
- 10 grams sugar
- 1 gram salt
PREPARATION Soy protein:
- First, fry onions in olive oil until it turns golden.
- Wait a little bit. Then put in the soy protein & tomatoes, water, sugar and salt.
- Cook it until the mixture is dry. It’ll take around 10 minutes.
Dough.
- Put flour and water into a bowl, mix them well.
- The yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix them well.
Filling:
- Mix well Heart of palm, onion, seasoned soy protein, tomato, olives, zucchini, salt, and the oregano.
Baking the dough:
- Put a bit of flour on the board and use a rolling pin to roll it out until it is smooth.
- Put the filling towards the center and seal it well. Fold it in half, and press tightly so that is doesn’t open.
- Use a fork to fix it correctly.
- Then, put it in a skillet, without any oil.
- Cook them for 5 minutes. Then, you take them and flip them over and leave them to cook for five more minutes.
