Dr. Emily Ho and (PhD, female)fellow researchers of the Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University in the United States discovered that the compound, a polyphenol called EGCG, can increase the number of regulatory T cells.

Dr. Ho stated that this may be what makes it beneficial in assisting to control inflammation, improve immune system functioning, and prevent cancer.

Our thankfulness, Dr. Emily Ho and colleagues, for highlighting the healthful nature of this delicious beverage.
May all individuals gladly partake of nature’s abundant offerings for enhanced well-being of body, mind, and spirit.
