Approximately 23,000 pounds of beef bologna are recalled as the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that at least 14 people in eastern states including Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina have been diagnosed with E. coli, a potentially fatal infection, linked to their consumption of the beef product.
