Ms. Paloma Rohlfs Domínguez, a doctoral student, (female )and colleagues of the University of Granada in Spain collaborated with Dutch researchers from the University of Wageningen in a study which involved 150 Spanish school children six years of age.

It was found that the youngsters ate up to 80% more vegetables for lunch and dinner when given the opportunity to select.

Our sincere thankfulness, Ms. Paloma Rohlfs Domínguez and colleagues, for highlighting the innate ability of children to make healthy and compassionate food choices.
May the delicious and nutritious offerings of Nature be enjoyed by all as humanity transitions to the Earth-saving vegan diet.
