Featuring over 300 booths from several Asian countries, a vegetarian expo is hosted by the Foguangshan Buddhist Temple in the Formosan (Taiwanese) city of Kaohsiung, with presiding Deputy Mayor Lee Yung-teh noting that the veg diet is not only healthy but also helps reduce climate change-related carbon emissions.
