In veg news, the plant-based lifestyle is celebrated in Ghana. In an event organized by the Vegetarian Association of Ghana and International Vegetarian Union, speakers told of the many benefits of the animal-free diet. Ninety-one-year-old Mr. Paul Braku Kwakyi stated that he has not had to see a physician since he switched to the plant-based diet in 1948. Another speaker, The Reverend Doctor (Mrs.) Resa Mills extolled the weight loss she had experienced after adopting the compassionate diet. Bravo, Vegetarian Association of Ghana and International Vegetarian Union., for organizing this wonderful occasion.

Our appreciation also, enthusiastic speakers and participants. May all global citizens gain the numerous advantages to body, mind, and spirit by transitioning to the Earth-saving vegan lifestyle.
