Russia's parliament may limit cattle in urban areas.

Neighbors of urban farmers are raising concerns about the offensive smell, the potential spread of disease and improper care of animals raised within city limits.  As a result, Aleksandr Shiyanov and other fellow deputies of the Russian State Parliament are proposing nationwide limits on urban livestock. The matter is expected to be discussed and decided in the fall.

Bravo, Your Excellency and associates for this action to preserve public health. May the unfavorable effects of animal agriculture quickly lead to adoption of theplant-based diet, bringing optimal quality of life for everyone.
