Minister Ilse Aigner, head of Germany’s Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection has encouraged the public to lower meat consumption by approximately 50%.

In a recent interview she highlighted how the choice of plants and veggies over meat not only protects against climate change but is also good for personal health.

Her Excellency also signaled her intention to promote climate protection through optimal agricultural practices at the upcoming “Green Week” to be held in Berlin. Your Excellency, we appreciate your noble leadership and vital message to German fellow citizens.

Wishing your proposals every success in revealing the manifold benefits of the plant-based diet, for the survival of ourselves and our world.
