Based on a 12-year study of over 1700 people, US researchers have found that people whose diets include meat that is fried, grilled or barbecued until charred are at least twice as likely to develop bladder cancer.

The study evaluated red meat as well as chicken and fish. Lead author Professor Xifeng Wu of the University of Texas stated, “This research reinforces the relationship between diet and cancer.”

Our appreciation Professor Xifeng Wu and University of Texas associates for your work that reveals another aspect of harm from meat consumption. Let us quickly minimize all such devastating illnesses for ourselves and loved ones by adopting the compassionate, organic vegan diet for life.
