Ito En Ltd., a major non-alcoholic beverage company based in Tokyo, Japan states that animal testing was completely halted by the end of April 2010.

Major Japanese cosmetic company Shiseido has also announced plans to completely stop animal testing by March 2011.

These decisions will also allow a greater ease of globalization into regions like the United States and Europe, the latter of which has already banned animal testing for cosmetics.

Many thanks Ito En and Shiseido for your advancement toward cruelty-free practices. Blessed be all products and services that meet standards of compassion and respect for all beings.
