Luxury brand Escada pledges fur-free fashion. Germany-based international luxury fashion line Escada has confirmed that it will halt the use of any animal fur starting with its Spring/Summer 2011 Collection that is available at the beginning of next year. This decision is being applauded by fur-free and animal rights advocates, especially the Escada-Campaign that organized by the Global Network Against the Fur Industry, which had urged the company to end the animal exploitation and suffering caused by its use.

We offer our big applause to Escada for this courageous action that supports compassionate fashion, as we also send a big thanks to Global Network Against the Fur Industry and all the animal welfare advocates for their tireless campaigns to encourage such decisions. Blessed be such efforts in blossoming further so that all can see that beauty does not have to come at the cost of animal lives.
