- 1cup of flour
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint, coarsely chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped into 1/2 " cubes
- Tofu cubes
- 3 tomatoes, cut in 1" cubes
- 1/2 tsp sumac
