  • Bac choi
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Carrots
  • Beet Root
  • Daikon (large white radishes)
  • Cucumber
  • Fennel
  • Avocado
  • Black wild rice
  • Sushi rolls (roasted seaweed sheets)
  • Rice paper sheets (Vietnamese spring roll skin)
  • Warm water

For Indonesian Dipping Sauce
  • One half cup of coconut milk
  • One quarter cup of sesame tahini (roasted sesame seeds – ground into a paste)
  • Three teaspoons of unfermented liquid Soy Seasoning
  • Four teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
