INGREDIENTS: (for 2 glasses of soy shake)
- Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- dried raisins
- a banana, Celery
- 2 slices of canned pineapples
- Raw cashew nuts, soy milk
- 4 tbps of brown rice or white rice soaked into water with a bit of salt (soaked from 6 to 8 hours )
- oligo or whte sugar (according to your preference)
