  Rice:
 - 1 cup basmati rice with 2 cups of water
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - a little turmeric
 - 1½ teaspoon ginger
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil 
 
  
Vegetable:
 - ¼ cup olive oil
 - Onion
 - Garlic
 - Mustard seeds
 - Cumin seeds
 - Ginger
 - Cayenne pepper 
 - ¼ teaspoon (or any other pepper)
 - Eggplants
 - Tomatoes
 - Spinach (or any other greens)
 - Salt
 - Turmeric
 - Chickpeas (or tofu)
 - Cane sugar
 - 1½ teaspoon lemon juice
