The Ireland-based Drogheda Independent reports on the discovery of a kitten in a tunnel beneath a parking structure by Ms. Justina Tociginaite, who then sent food down every day for two weeks until volunteers from Drogheda Animal Rescue were successful in saving the tiny feline.
