In health news, scientists demonstrate the importance of expectant mothers eating veggies. An international team from The Screening for Pregnancy Endpoints studied more than 3,500 pregnant women with normal blood pressure in New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, and Great Britain. The researchers found that those whose diet included three or more vegetables a day were 50% less likely to give birth to an undersized baby than those that consumed less than this amount.

Our thankfulness, The Screening for Pregnancy Endpoints, for highlighting how important vegetables are for the well-being of the next generation. May all people enjoy delicious veggies today for vibrant health for ourselves and our planet.
