Governor Dave Heineman of Nebraska, USA has signed a new law that prohibits the possession of any items related to human-induced animal fighting.

Such tools such as sharp knives that are strapped to the heels of roosters, adrenalin-like and other drugs and venues staged for dog-fighting have all been banned.
