In animal welfare news, a British gentleman leaves his entire fortune for our beautiful co-inhabitants. Mr. Gordon Hardy’s estate of more than US$2.2 million will be shared between People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA), Blue Cross, and Donkey Sanctuary. The kind-hearted Mr. Hardy of Ainsdale, Southport, and his late wife were both animal lovers. Mr. Hardy lived frugally, keeping his wealth to benefit our lovely friends.
