Directions (to preparing vegetables):
Dice zucchini in cubes
Dice 1 branch of celery in cubes
Dice 1 leek in cubes (only take the white part)
Mince the onion and garlic
Cut vegan ham into cubes
Directions (to ):
Put 3 tablespoons of oil into the pan
Heat the pan
Put zucchini in the hot oil
Put celery
Put leek
Put the onion and garlic
Put it high first about 10 minutes to make it golden and soft
Put the thyme and dried oregano
Put the cajun spice
Put the tomatoes
Cover until it's very boiled
Add the water
Add the vegetable seasoning
Put the rice
Put the mushrooms
Put the ham
Put red pepper
Cook about 10–20 minutes
