Youngsters from China, India, Japan, and North Korea have been encouraged to attend the Ocean summer camp in Vladivostok. The invitees from Japan, numbering 500, are from the areas affected by the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami. A heartfelt salute, Russia, for this kind gesture of good will.
