A new study conducted by US protein research facility Anatek-EP monitored babies who drank cow’s milk. Results showed that the protein in cow’s milk causes babies to develop an antibody that has an adverse effect on the infant’s immune system. The mistuned immune system then diminishes insulin-producing cells in the pancreas, leading to type 1 diabetes. This research also further confirmed findings from earlier studies done in Finland.

Thank you, Anatek-EP researchers, for shedding further light on the risks associated with consuming dairy products. May all babies be nurtured in good health and loving surroundings.
