The recent 2007 summary report on food-borne illnesses issued by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that the number of cases of illness in the US has continued at the same high-level as prior years. The report also indicates that the risk of disease is reduced by not consuming unpasteurized milk, seafood, eggs, beef, and poultry products.

We appreciate your candid report, CDC. May all on the planet soon embrace the healthful and life-sustaining vegetarian (vegan) diet.
