(For all ingredients, please use organic versions if available)
Squash
Coconut milk
Red bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Onion
Garlic
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Mushroom seasoning powder
½ cup water
Cooking oil

  - Add       oil and wait until it gets hot
 - Sauté       the onions and garlic
 - Pour       the water in
 - Let       it simmer for a while
 - Add       in the squash
 - Add       the coconut milk
 - Cover       it for the meantime, maybe about 10 or 15 minutes, before it gets cooked
 - Add       in the green bell pepper and red bell pepper
 - Add       ¼ teaspoon of pepper
 - Add       ½ teaspoon of salt
 - Add       mushroom seasoning
 - Mix       it up
 - Lower       down the heat
 - Let       it simmer for a while then it’s ready
