Arctic temperatures reported highest ever.

The third annual Arctic Report Card has been released, which states that air temperatures in the Arctic are a record 5 degrees Celsius higher than normal autumn temperatures. The study, compiled by 46 researchers from 10 countries, also reports the decline of some species that have been unable to adapt to the changing conditions.
