Ontario offers local incentives for tree planting to counteract climate change. In Owen Sound, Canada, the Trees Ontario group is hosting a free workshop to teach local residents tree planting techniques. Those attending will also be introduced to the Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program, which offers up to 75% reduction in property taxes for tree planting to offset global warming. What a great idea! Bravo Ontario agencies and Canada for this generous opportunity. May more and more trees flourish to beautify and preserve the health of your lovely land.

Canadian province adds protection for polar bears

Canadian province takes action to protect polar bears. Manitoba, a province in western Canada, declared the polar bear to be a threatened species. Development along the Arctic coast will now be limited so that the polar bears, who are being affected by global warming, can be better protected. The U.S. Geological Survey has reported that two-thirds of the Earth’s polar bear population could disappear by year 2050 due to melting ice caused by climate change. We greatly appreciate Manitoba for taking this urgent action to protect our beautiful and unique polar bear co-inhabitants. They are surely grateful for your caring love. May all beings be graced to live together in harmony and happiness.

ABC: Global Warming to Force Humans to Flee Destroyed Earth?

Weatherman worries global warming may cause humans to flee earth. Good Morning America’s weather anchor, Sam Champion, recently questioned whether global warming might cause "the ultimate climate disaster" and drive humans to desert Earth and live in space. Champion and environmentalist Mark Lynas stated, "If the world warms by six degrees, it would be the ultimate climate disasterhttp://suprememastertv.tv.Natural disasters become routine and catastrophic flooding leaves major cities abandoned.” Thank you Mr. Champion for presenting this important warning about climate change. May we all be inspired to take immediate action to maintain our beautiful and precious home.

New solar, n-power forms answer to global warming

Scientist declares concentrated solar power (CSP) and thorium-based nuclear power to be the energy for our future. Dr. Carlo Rubbia, Nobel laureate and head of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), stated that both CSP and thorium-based nuclear power deserve more research because they do not cause greenhouse gases that affect climate change. The cost of concentrated solar power, which is being developed in Spain, is now competitive with the energy cost of fossil fuels. Dr. Rubbia urged swift action, saying that there could be a total melting of the Greenland ice sheet, or just a 10% melting in Antarctica. Dr. Rubbia said: “This could have devastating effects on coastal towns, cities and ecosystems.” Dr. Rubbia, we greatly appreciate your very valuable input on renewable energy that is absolutely critical at this time of our planet. May God bless all to work together to find any and every way to save our wondrous planet.
