Deputy Director of the U Minh Thượng National Park in Kiên Giang province of Âu Lạc (Vietnam), Phạm Quốc Dân, states that the number of rare birds as well as those at risk of extinction is rapidly increasing, thanks to general preservation and reforestation efforts.
