 - Hand full of mint leaves 
 - Hand full of sun dried tomato
 
DIPPING SAUCE- Juice from 1 orange (approximately ¾ cup)
 - 3 Tbsp miso
 - 2 Tbsp sesame tahini 
 - 1 garlic clove, chopped
 - 3 Tbsp all-natural soy sauce (Braggs brand)
 - 1 Tbsp turbinado sugar (raw sugar)
 - 1 tsp fresh chili (hot or mild)
 - 2 Tbsp of water
