모범적 정부 소식으로 유엔아동기금 대표는 쿠바의 청년 보호를  격찬했습니다. 호세 후안 오티즈
브루씨는 국제 인권 협약인 『아동권리』 에 관한 유니세프 관례를 따른 쿠바의 성과에 다방면에서 하나의 사례로 찬사를 보냈습니다. 그는 특히  사고를 예방하기 위한 쿠바의 노력을 기뻐했습니다. 쿠바는 ２０１１년３월  새로운 『 도로교통 법 』을 시행할 겁니다.
