- of vegetarian ground beef
- 2 cups of eggplant cube
- Half a cup of celery (fine in minced)
- Half a cup of carrots (fine in minced)
- 4 tablespoon of oil
- A tablespoon of Maggi seasoning
- A teaspoon of salt,
- ½ a teaspoon of pepper
For the topping: - 2 ½ pounds of potatoes
- (peeled and cubed)
- A cup of soya milk (unsweetened)
- 4 tablespoon of soya butter
- 2 teaspoon of salt
- ½ a teaspoon of pepper
