- 1 can black olives
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1 fresh parsley bunch
- ½ teaspoon salt
Dressing:
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- ¼ cup tahini (sesame sauce)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon brown sugar
This dish can be eaten with pita bread or corn chips.
